DESIGN FEATURES OF NEW PFT BIOMASS DIGESTER

Conversion of biomass to biogas is achieved through a process of bacterial decomposition. A no. of technical parameters influence this decomposition.

The design of our PFT (Plug Flow Tunnel) digester has been thrown considering all the above points for favourable bio- decomposition.

• The in-built solar absorber can heat up the slurry temperature for high efficiency bacterial action in the mesophilic range.
• Daily charging operation presses the slurry mass eliminating chance of any scum formation
• Process 2) and automatic plug-flow motion of the slurry produces natural of slurry for best gas production.
